Stripto

Stripto is a SaaS platform that connects Stripe payments with Polish invoicing systems such as Fakturownia and inFakt, automatically generating invoices for every transaction and ensuring compliance with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

Stripe does not natively support KSeF or Polish-compliant invoices. Stripto solves this problem by acting as the missing link between Stripe and accounting systems. Once connected, every successful payment in Stripe automatically creates a properly formatted invoice in Fakturownia or inFakt without manual work.

The setup process is designed to be extremely simple. Users connect their Stripe account and accounting software using API keys, which typically takes less than a minute. Stripto automatically creates the necessary webhook and starts monitoring payments. Whenever a payment occurs, the system generates an invoice with the correct customer information and sends it to the chosen accounting platform.

Customer data such as company name, address, and VAT number can be automatically pulled from Stripe payment metadata and inserted into the invoice. This eliminates the need to manually copy data and reduces the risk of errors.

Invoices generated through Fakturownia or inFakt can then be automatically sent to the Polish KSeF system, ensuring compliance with upcoming e-invoicing regulations. Stripto also supports important features such as VAT configuration, multiple currencies, subscriptions, and automatic invoice delivery to customers via email.

The platform works for both one-time payments and recurring Stripe subscriptions, making it useful for SaaS companies, startups, freelancers, and online businesses operating in Poland.
