About Messenger for Desktop
It was May 2015 when I came up with the idea. Facebook had just launched messenger.com, a web client for Messenger. I thought it would be great if there existed a desktop app for it. And then I built it! I wasn't the first — other people had thought about it, too. But it was the first one that was cross-platform and had a good name (SEO-wise).
