Authicat

Hello all! Authicat is a user authentication service that makes use of Telegram Bot. It is an alternative to the traditional SMS OTP service. In many cases, I do not find the need to provide my mobile number to websites as they do not really need it for their services except for the SMS OTP service. With Authicat, it serves the same purpose but without the need for user to provide their mobile number. Please feel free to feedback on what can be improved. Thank you! :)
